Thanksgiving 2007

Deep fried turkey!	Injected with juices and rubbed in spices, the turkey is about to hit the hot oil	they give you so many warnings but the splatter was not bad at all
here she goes!	bubble bubble	I didn't burn the block down
the moment of truth	turkey number one came out great! second one would follow and it turned out great as well	Zack helping out with scotch and ginger ales while we fried the turkey
