For the third year in a row my buddies at IKOS and myself were off to a tropical destination in January. This year, we left sunny California for the even sunnier beaches of Maui!

• This is "Black Rock" just outside of the Sharton Maui where we stayed. Jamie is jumping off. Brian and I dove off but our photographer missed us. DOH!
